In Spring of 2018, I traveled to Guatemala –– specifically, Comunidad de las Flores in Norte Tecpan. There, community leaders and global partners are focused on the health, nutrition, and welfare of families in the remote highlands. Community leaders and healthcare professionals provide sustainable food sources and accessible healthcare to these communities, educating families on the importance of nutrition and bodily care.
